The Swedish EU Presidency’s Eco-efficient Economy Conference held on 2-3 November 2009, in Linköping, addressed the current economic, environmental and societal challenges at stake in Europe and proposed new policy measures to prompt innovative processes that would contribute to a more sustainable and eco-efficient economy.
